In-stock items are processed within two business days from the purchase date. Niko does not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends or national holidays.
Made to order pieces are shipped within 2-3 weeks of placing the order. We notify you as soon as the order has been shipped via email containing tracking information so you can keep a watchful eye on it as it makes its way to you. It can take up to 48 hours for your courier to generate tracking information on their website, so don't panic if it doesn't show up right away.


For any reason, if you're not happy with your Niko Jewels, you may return eligible Niko items within 21 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. 
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package, please take pictures of the damaged box before opening and pictures of damaged items, and email them to with the subject: Damaged piece *Order number*
Please Note: In such an unlikely event, our team should get an intimation within 24 hours of delivery.

We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different piece or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our website for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
