Q. Where are we based?
We are based out of India and Canada.

 

Q. Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Any destination outside India and Canada is considered international for Niko jewels.
All international shipments must have the same billing and shipping address. The party receiving the international shipment is responsible for all import duties and taxes required by local governments. Upon the arrival of the shipment duties and taxes must be paid to release your shipment from customs. Contact your local postal service for information regarding the duties and taxes required to receive international jewellery shipments.

 

Q. How can I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation via email that will contain your tracking number.
To review your order, you can always write us at info@nikojewels.com with the subject: Order review request *Order number*.

 

Q. In which currency can I make my payment?
We accept all major cards and bank wire transfers.

 

Q. How will my order be packed?
All jewellery arrives arranged in our signature Niko jewellery box with Niko pouch, packed in individual zip locks.

 

Q. Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to write a gift message for your order. The message will be included on the packing slip of your order. We recommend customizing the message and adding your name, as this is the only place on the package that will identify you as the gift giver.

 

Q. Are the rings available in additional sizes?
Our rings are available in sizes 4-11. Sizes vary by ring style. If a ring style is not available online in the size you require, custom ring sizes may be possible. To place a custom order, please contact us at: info@nikojewels.com with the subject: Custom size request *Product name*
Please note that custom orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned.

 

Q. Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
We can help you with address changes on orders that haven’t been processed for shipping. Please note that changes might affect the shipping cost and incur additional charges- Write to us at info@nikojewels.com with the subject: Change of shipping address *Order number* & we will do our best to accommodate.
